"THE WORKERS ARE NASTY!!! They just sit there all day and have an attitude when you ask them anything. They don’t want to work. Each worker direct you to another to avoid doing the job. It’s really sad that the owner most likely don’t know how badly they are representing the business."

"These people are unprofessional. I spoke to a Keyliana. We spoke on the phone all day about me coming in. I asked her how much the style was on the phone and she told me $120 then I go in person and she changed it to $150. Earlier on the phone I asked to send pics of the hair to know if I need to get extra hair. She said they have the hair. I go in and and she says I might have to go buy two packs of hair. Which is why I stressed to show her the pic so I can get the hair beforehand. Not when the hair stores are nearly closing. My sister offered to give me money to pay the rest of the price & I told THREE PEOPLE I’ll be right back. They looked at me and said nothing. When they could’ve said, “Ok we are going to be closing our doors soon, or actually don’t leave”. No straight they ignored me. When I came back they closed the door and turned off their phones. As if they didn’t know I was coming back right away. So unprofessional. I’d give this a 0/5 if I could."

"I have been a customer of Edith Hair World for years. I was always satisfied with the service I received. However, I went for a ponytail, I didn't expect to pay $60 for it. Especially when I washed my hair also, brought with me the hair I wanted to be used. THE PRICE WAS TO DAM HIGH. Prices on chart did not go beyond $45. I was ripped off. Yes, I did tip the person under $7. That's just me. But, I want be going back. I should have had patience and went to where I had a much later appointment."
