"I can’t believe the amount of reviews that is given on this company. First off, about 3 summers ago as I was passing by to go to the dollar tree I saw the owner Lee yell at this little Indian girl for not tipping him. He looked like he was going to physically harm her the way he had stood up in front of her and started shouting. This man is horrible & I couldn’t believe nobody in the salon looked up to help this little girl. She looked helpless and did not want to say a word to him. He continued to do her feet but at that point she looked scared. (I wouldn’t want to give a tip either & a tip is not mandatory in this state). Personally that should’ve been a warning because after the next summer I chose to go in & after my third time I went inside with my boyfriend. I did not tip as I always thought, my experience wasn’t really good & he has a tendency to get up and smoke for 4-5 minutes & sometimes 10 minutes in between doing my nails & when he came back he smelled like cigarettes. Did not ask me if my nails looked ok nor did I get a complimentary message like everyone else got. That 4th time I was there, he had the nerve to rudely ask if there was a tip. I said no I just did groceries today and I didn’t have anything but I said next time I could. To which I looked at my boyfriend and he too agreed. Lee still demanded that I give a tip wether it’s 2-3 dollar's that it’s something. He mentioned that I have to pay up & that there is no reason to not give a tip. If I came in with the money for the service I should also have money for a tip. Please also note that in his store he has a MANDATED POLICY that you MUST give a tip. At that time I was not made aware until that incident. My boyfriend had to stick up for me because I really did not have a tip. But even so there is no reason for Lee (as a man) to shout at any women or female. This would have been a threat & verbal abuse as well as a police report. But due to the fact that my boyfriend was there to speak for me I felt safe. However, Lee continued on to aggressively ask for the money. To which there were male workers there that actually stood up for me and pulled him back & it seemed like they didn’t like Lee either. I came in once more this time without my boyfriend. I gave Lee a 3 dollar tip for his service to which he went outside to walk around (this was to see if my boyfriend was around) and after about 10-15 minutes he came back & said this is not enough of a tip. And started yelling at me to get out of his nail salon. I could only take my things and leave. Honestly, if you don’t have a $20 tip to give don’t bother coming in cause that owner, Lee is nasty & doesn’t know how to civilly and respectfully conduct himself when it comes to money."

"The owner Lee always delivers. My nails last for over 2 weeks and they do not crack. They are sometimes very busy. Appointments are a must."
