"Every time I went, I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt due to these reviews. Unfortunately, it’s been nothing but disappointment. They always, ALWAYS, thin my brows. Never symmetrical and always change the shape of my brows. I couldn’t even look at myself in the mirror because of how much of a terrible job she did."
