"Tried to take my 4 year old daughter for a haircut today, no one answered the phone when I called to make an appointment. Upon arriving (because it says walk ins welcome) was greeted by a woman who couldn't be bothered and just said she was the only one there- there was one woman in the chair who was done and her hair was dry. The face I got form her and the attitude was terrible, Im probably better off that my daughter didn't get a haircut from that miserable lady. Do not recommend! I wish I could give less than 1 star!"

"I asked for my daughter to get 5” of her hair. She got about 10” off instead and when I said not to cut her hair anymore the hairdresser told me that my daughter liked it. I specifically asked for 5”, and no, my 8 year old is so unhappy with her hair. It looks absolutely terrible, and her hair is totally uneven. The whole time my daughter had to stand when the hairdresser was sitting down. I even expressed how upset she was and I got no apology neither did my daughter."

"Took my 7 year old for a haircut today. Our first visit there. For a place that advertises they do kids cuts, the stylist was not smiling or welcoming. Didn’t even speak to me or my son except to tell him to stop moving. She was rough with the buzzer, wouldn’t give him time to wipe his eyes after the hair got in it and ended up cutting both of his ears with the buzzer. She also buzzed off his side burns. At the end she said “You need to teach him to sit still, I’m surprised that came out half decent.” A terrible experience for me and my son. Will not be returning."
