"I was very annoyed that it took the hairdresser a long to tell me the price, she rushed me over to get my nails done, while she was still working on my hair and she just left without saying one word to me, the next thing I knew the person finishing my hair was someone who never introduced herself! I had to inquire what happened to the original hairdresser!"
