"Fantastic salon experience ! Highly Recommend Yolande , she’s great -provides high quality hair care and addresses any issues. I’ve been going to her for the last few months, always provides great service, pleasant energy and if there is a wait she is mindful, tries to get you in and out. I had a hair dilemma after my braids , didn’t have an appointment on a Saturday of all days and she still helped me work out my hair drama, I was beyond appreciative. That’s the type of person she is, amazing service and delightful person. The salon itself has a good vibe ..friendly stylists and welcoming environment."

"Omg. If I could give negative 10 stars I would. I made my appointment a month ahead and still had to wait for Keith for over 3 hours. Also, they will bump you if a friend and/or family member needs an appointment that day! I honestly expected and deserved an apology but they only blamed each other and made ridiculous excuses! Keith and Cherelle are extremely rude and this place is EXTREMELY overpriced AND Overbooked. Go elsewhere, dont waste your time. Time is money!PS. I know they don’t offer manicures and I’ve never ever seen anyone get a facial."
