"This is my first time getting braids. I was pretty nervous when I walked into the salon, but Faye was polite and professional, and above all else, she slayed my hair. The braids are neat and of equal size, and the parts are clean. I will definitely be returning."

"This post is not so much a review as I did not have the opportunity to get my hair braided. I called and asked for an appointment same day, the young lady on the phone was happy to accommodate me, I let her know I had to be somewhere at 8pm, she gave me a 3pm appointment , I arrived around 2:45. The young lady who was to do my hair so i thought could not do my specific style and asked if could do something else, not a problem. There was a stylist next to her doing hair. At about 2:55 they realized that the stylist doing my hair, had another client at 3pm and the one next to her was to do my hair. She asked if I was ok with waiting, as I had a simple style, I said sure how long will you be, she stated about an hour. As it approached 4pm and I noticed she was no where near done, I decided to reschedule my appointment. I decided not to keep the appointment, as a business owner myself, I appreciate that they wanted to accommodate me, however, if you can not actually accommodate, do not tale the appointment. The place was clean, and for the most part the stylist seemed nice. I will not be making any further appointment"

"I called around 11 asking if they had any appt available for the same day for 6 underbraids to the back.. I was transferred to a stylist named Theresa or Tressa and she said come around 3:30/4.. I arrive at 3:45 and it is now 5:33. The stylist not onced even acknowledged my presence nor said one word to me. She washed and placed a treatment in another clients hair about 45 mins after I arrived.. so I assumed she would start my hair or let me know what was up at that point but no an hour later the client is still sitting with the treatment in her hair and I get up to leave and said stylist is just sitting around waiting.. POOR SERVICE 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ✨"

"I went in yesterday as an emergency client. I haven't had my hair done in a while and the fact that I was just a walk-in has made my experience all the better. My boyfriend called this place for me because I was too hysterical to call. I went in with badly damaged ends. I had stopped relaxing my hair for a while so that could have been the cause of it. Tasha has helped me out so much. I wanted to just completely chop all of my hair off but she helped me comb out the part of my hair that was knotted up and luckily , I still had some hair that was left. I felt sooooooooo good after she helped me and I can't thank her enough. I will be returning to actually get a style. I have been threw so much last year and this year. Who knew helping me out with my hair could actually change that."

"I can't give too much of a review since I'm a guy and don't know everything to look for. I can say that I took my daughter here to get her hair braided and the work was done very well. Also the vibe of the place while I was there was good. The woman doing my daughter's hair had another kid scheduled once mine was done so she must be good with kids. I'd bring my daughter back anytime."
