"Well, 2 Stars for decent customer service while my wife had her services. She made herself available. She was nice while we were PAYING and even stayed late to accommodate my wife but you realize how good a business truly is with the after-service. The touch-ups were supposed to be free, “Come in anytime, no appointment necessary, just 10 minutes is all I need.” Meanwhile we were begging her to even get an appointment and when we got one, I couldn’t keep it because we were traveling and she knew this. I could realize how annoyed she was with my requests for an appointment. Long story short the smiles while you are paying are fake. It cost us $1,500 to realize this and while she was cheaper than others, there is NO result. My wife will have to redo everything but this time we will stick to place that is reputable."

"I’ve been coming to see Arpi for years! Her machines for laser hair removal are extremely effective, her prices are fair, and the customer service is phenomenal. I’ve had Brazilian, underarms, and lower legs done. I haven’t had hair return on my lower legs for years. I occasionally come in for touch ups with the Brazilian. Like i said, the treatments really work. I had super dark, thick hair (Italian), and now my skin is smooth like a baby’s bum! P.S. the rooms are very clean. This place is very hygienic, and all covid and sanitary guidelines are met."
