"I have been coming here for over two years, the receptionist always have an attitude. No one has ever told the clients they don’t charge cards, which I completely understand when I told the receptionist they need to let people know ahead of them she was so rude. No sign nothing to say they don’t accept card."

"I’m coming all the way from a different borough. The hairdresser took me right away but I think he rushed and cut my hair because it is way too short to my liking. I asked for a leveled haircut instead half of my hair was cut and not even trimmed."

"I use to go to this place but not anymore an I wouldn’t recommend ! Back then they had a dresser named Niomi a she was the best I never had an issue with my hair and her. She was the first hair dresser to touch my daughters hair. Last year I went to get my daughter a trim because school was starting an they said niomi is not there anymore so I still took a chance but I should have trusted my gut because this girl did not listen to what I asked for. My daughters hair was in uneven layers. A when I kept saying it seems a little short the hair dresser said it looked that way because it’s layers. My mom went here to dye her hair as well a she asked for a light brown she was given bright blonde ! And recently in July I had an event to go to a was short on time so stopped in for a wash a trim because they can’t mess up a wash. When I get there there was 2 people getting their hair done but I had to wait 1hour an 45 minutes to get a wash and trim. I just walked out of there. It was a Saturday a they were not busy. Since niomi left they haven’t had a proper review. If anyone knows where she moved on too please let me know !"

"I have been going there for years and Thursday I went to get a trim and wash and blow out first thing was the guy washing my hair was very rough I had to tell him that the way he was washing my hair was rough and I did not like it second normita was in a rush as always she proceeded to comb my hair with a fine teeth comb and was very rough also to the point where I was like let me comb my own hair, as someone who just give birth and is postpartum I need to be gentle with my hair she got impatient and was like do I have an appointment I was like yes obviously. She needs to go back and renew her certificate. How can you be a hairdresser and be rough with another woman’s hair? The only person that is gentle is the guy that cuts hair if I ever go back I will be seeing him alone. Terrible service for 52$! I was so close to cursing her out about my hair. I’m not a hairdresser but I know that when the hair is wet you should only use a wide teeth comb. What a ole hag"

"First visit was very disappointing. Norma was recommended so I did not worry then. But much to my disappointment she was not professional, have to say that she is sloppy. Came out with bright haircolor instead of my request for dark, hair was cut where it was not requested. Also, I am certain that my hair did not need to be stripped after coloring 3 months ago. Many times I reminded her of what I want and don't want. She just shook her head and say ok. So very frustratingly disappointing and a waste of my money for certain. Should have read these reviews before and saved myself from this bad experience and outcome. Hope this helps others to know what to expect from hair stylists who chooses over your choice so you can avoid what happened to myself and others."
