"Great price and they do your hair good"
"I love my braids, I got braided by Adja. She was able to service me the same day that I called for the appointment and offered a wash service for a fee which was extremely convenient for me."
"Ruined my whole hairdo before vacation and couldnt go back because we had to leave earlier than expected due to weather conditions .. spent $130 for nothing. I wanted a crotcheted hair do ..the lady added too much gair thru every pull and didnt put enough hair up top and i looked bald in some areas she didnt fill properly.. Worst place ever . I was miserable my whole trip because I had to cut it all out. I went thru serious health issues so my hair is extra short. Ruined my whole trip I wouldnt even take photos for memories because my whole hairdo looked terrible. I do give the owner a 1 star because I spije to her and told me to come back to fix it but I couldnt return because I had to leave on vacation. These hair dressers are not exoerienced for excellent hairdo solely for boxed braids. It sucks I wasted a $130. Im beyond livid. Never Again."
"I used their service before and didn't get a good braid (plus they raised the price on me), but I chalked it up to my hair being natural and they probably couldn't get it as neatly as I would have liked. I went back after cutting my hair and washing it. I asked how much to braid my hair and she looked at me and said it was too short to braid. Didn't even check my hair length, nothing to see if it was just shrunken. I went home and braided it myself. Been braiding my hair ever since. Sad that Far Rockaway is subjected to these kinds of salons. So many others will keep going cause it's convenient and can't do any better."
"I brought my two daughters to the store yesterday so I could get a price quote for hair braiding. The hair stylist looked at the hair of both children and provided a price. When returning to the shop today only one child was able to get hair braided because the beautician wanted to increase price after my second child sat down. A professional providing a quote to a customer and then wants to increase the price as work is being started. Bad Business... I don't recommend...."
