"First off I just wanted to say I’ve been coming here for years, no one I rather trust with doing my eyebrows than here. But the last few times I’ve been going here it has been way too busy and I completely understand that given the fact there are only two people working. Today I had came in and there was nobody to greet you when walking in. The lady was in back waxing someone and I had waited there for a good 30 minutes with nobody to acknowledge me. It was just unprofessional and dangerous leaving your business like that. I had decided to get up and leave. Every time I come it just happens to not be a good time."

"Amazing staff and service. Male here who gets his eyebrows done, staff is friendly and efficient. Wish they would bring back the free 7th eyebrow though. In regards to the wait, if you call about 5 minutes and they say they’re empty they’re probably not lying, however this place has so many walk ins by the time you get there you may have to wait 20 minutes which isn’t a big deal for the service and price. That just speaks to the quality of service here. I go to the whitestone location and couldn’t recommend it enough."

"extremely unprofessional. I called the salon about a minute before reaching to ask if there was a wait so I know if I could wait in my car not since parking is really difficult around the area I was told there was no weight and that I should come in meanwhile there was about 34 people waiting there already and only one person Kusum working. It’s fine if there’s a weight but you need to learn to communicate with your customers because I wasted 15 minutes waiting and then I was told somebody else is coming in as well even though that person was not physically present there. I was not going to wait an hour before getting my eyebrows done when it takes five minutes to do them. If you’re the owner reading this please teacher employees how to communicate properly with customers"

"On Sat, Oct 17, 2020, I got a Brazilian and a full-face wax/threading by the owner (Ms. Saji); and I am beyond impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness, gentleness, attentiveness (great listener) – she made sure that the service was at par with what I expected to obtain. Equally as important, she was very sincere when I showed her a picture of how I wanted my brows to be shaped. She said that I needed to let grow my brows, but removed some hair (cleaned it up). So, in my next visits she will continue to shape it accordingly (“work-in-progress”) – love her sincerity and honesty. Lastly, I observed that during the waxing, she did not double-dipped, and for the purpose of the full-face waxing & threading, she handed me a mirror – making sure that I was happy with the end result. To summarize, my experience was SUPERB – BEST waxing / threading experience ever. Indeed, I found my safe-haven threading salon, and cannot wait to be back (even though is far from home).
