"Very good massage. Clean place."

"I previously rated this place 5 stars but due to their new practices, I’m not sure if I’d return. For a 1hr deep tissue massage, it was $40. During the massage, other masseuses arrived and the lady massaging me was literally yelling to them as she massaged me. Annoying but ok. After the massage I tipped 20% which is $10. The person who gave me the massage said “this isn’t like a restaurant” and asked for an additional $5. I stated that aside from the fact that I tipped her 20%, tipping is also discretionary and not actually required. She proceeded to continue asking for more money in tip, again stating that massages aren’t restaurants because they use their body so much. I completely understand that but it was still incredibly inappropriate. If they are seeking to make more profit, they should increase their overall price which I’m sure people would have no problem paying since it’s still such a good deal."

"If I could get this place zero stars, I would it is insanely disgusting. Dirt on the walls prejudice customer service I was told I had to pay before my service which I’ve never heard of before then I got sent away because apparently their Wi-Fi was down so they couldn’t process my payment. I drove all the way from Connecticut for the service and felt extremely humiliated & horrible. Honestly think about taking further action."

"This spa is perfect, very clean and comfortable. The staff are very patient, polite, and professional, it's a very hard job, one-on-one service, need to make an appointment in advance! It's the best SPA I've ever encountered!"

"I visited UMei Beauty to get the Deep Cleaning facial. They've taken proper precaution measures for COVID-19 i.e., temperature, vaccine card check, and you need to have an appointment before going in. The facial itself was also good. I could see the visible change of my skin afterwards. Most of the blackheads from my nose and chin area were gone. Very good service for a cheaper price."
