"As much as I want to leave a good review because my manicure did come out looking good, and the polish on the pedicure did look nice, but I CANNOT recommend this place to anyone. Not only did they not sanitize their equipment, but the girl who did my manicure dug into the sides of my nail to get an ingrown and hurt me and made me bleed. I didn’t ask her to get my ingrown. I would never ask a nail tech to do that. I asked her to stop and kept saying that it hurt but she wouldn’t. And I spoke in Spanish so it wasn’t the language barrier. Next day, my nails are still bleeding and my toes hurt. 3 days later and it still hurts to walk. Run far and fast!"
"Wonderful environment, friendly staff and most importantly very welcoming. Last but not least the way these ladies do nails is exceptional. They are very good at their job. I always leave content"
"I went in for a quick armpit wax and the wax room was not clean, the woman who did the wax did not sanitize. She use the same towel to clean her hands and wipe my arm pits. I still have a great deal of hair left, she had no clue what she was doing. This place has gone down the drain over the years. Go somewhere else, you’ll save time and money. This place is under new management and the staff is not experienced. You can get basic service done fine (regular mani and pedi). Everything else takes hours and does not come out good. I was there from 11:15 am to 2:45 pm."
"My 11 year old niece could have colored my nails better. That’s only the first of my issues. It took 3 hours to do a fill in on my own nails. The nails are super thick and this is after asking the technician to file them down three times. When she was painting my nails, technician stated that I should choose and forever hold my peace if I didn’t like them. Ummm last time I checked I am paying for a service. The technician was more concerned in getting her hair colored then doing her job. Thank God for the technician (different one) who did my pedicure because she was able to save a little of my day. DO NOT GET YOUR ACRYLIC/MANICURES DONE HERE"
"The salon has a lot of new people and management in the last two years. I went one time asking for a design and the owner had to teach the person how to do the design. It ended up she didn't use the gel color it was the other bottle in the package which was a regular nail polish. The gel didn't dry I said it was clumpy as she was doing nails. It ended up not drying so it was damaged. I came in the next day to get a new set done. The person who did my most recent nails did great with the pedicure, but is a complete newbie on gel manicure. Luckily I have my own gel remover from Mani Moo. Go here only for a pedicure."
