All of this because I asked to stay in the room to translate for my mother, meanwhile she let other people in the room with her. The lady who did the actual microblading was great. She was very helpful."

"This spa offers a lot of different treatments, my service was good I received a microblade treatment, I did not know that you can't wash your eyebrows for at least 7 days so I used a washcloth very carefully around the brow area. and also be prepared to wait everyone was booked for the same time 11:am"

"I did not have a good experience here. The staff was polite and the place was clean but the job done wasn’t upto the mark. My brows came out looking like I have applied tar on them. I had asked about the color before the session and she assured me that I didn’t have to worry. Neither did I want too dark, nor so uneven. I had over plucked my brows and I wanted to get microblading. First she applied a numbing cream and then when my turn came, she kept on saying that I need another session. In the first session only, the brows weren’t measured and within the procedure I was asked to see the brows, I see one is thicker than the other and both are shapeless. I was given a black pencil in between the session and was asked to draw what I wanted, by that time I was already bleeding. I had showed pictures of what I wanted before the session only. But it seemed she was in a hurry to complete. When I asked about both brows being different, she said your two brows will never be the same. But how can they have different thickness or shape when I am getting them microbladed? I was bleeding so I paid and left. But definitely I’m never going back."

"Very disappointed. I went in there because I have to have my photos taken soon and want everthing looking well groomed. The lady at the front sold me on a $90 treatment that sounded wonderful in addition to what I came in for. 15 seconds into doing my eyebrows, she got offended because I said that side looked messy and told me if I don't like it I can let someone else do it. She basically pretended I wasn't there afterwards. Terrible attitude towards a potential client's preferences that have nothing to do with her talent or expertise. Before she offered me the option of doing it it somewhere else, she said she can fix it but it would be super thin. It would be nice if she had listened to what I was saying."
