"Used to love this place. Then today, the one time I made an appointment instead of walking in, the wait was still 30 minutes. I might as well just walk in. But that's if I'm ever returning. Asked for a specific nail tech, received a completely different one. She cut me THREE times. Cut my nails super short and in the wrong shape. The gel paint had wrinkles in it and when I pointed it out, she told me would go away with the top coat. Went out into the sun and realized nope, it did not go away at all. I also saw polish was all over my skin and there were bubbles everywhere. I went in to get it fixed and got told that it's my nail shape??? What. Do you think I've never gotten my nails done??? No. This is your terrible technique and negligence. Turns out it's their nail polish that was causing the wrinkles. She fixed it with new polish but THEN decided my cuticles need to be cut (AFTER I've explicitly said don't cut them, I hate cutting them) to hide the paint all over my skin. I'm so over it. They've lost a long term customer and honestly planning to never come back again. Will be warning my family to go find a new salon. Because this place just isn't it anymore."

"This place is a hidden gem. The service is great. Very friendly and welcoming. The employees work great together. I had my nails done to perfection and a perfect wash and blow. I strongly recommend it. Prices are unbelievable great. My new fav"

"If I could give this place negative starts, I would. At this point my 5 year old niece does a better job than half of the employees there. They have 1 person that does a good job (she might be the manager or owner, not sure) but everyone else should either be fired or go back to training. I won’t be coming back here ever."

"If you’re someone who’s used to getting your nails done by a nice tech, this will definitely disappoint you. It’s not the worst but definitely not neat. I would say this place is for emergency manicures only and don’t expect a great job since it’s not the best quality. Pricing is definitely not worth what you’re getting."
