"I have visited several times, once for me and the other times for mother and sister. All of us women have had wonderful experiences so I thought it would be a good idea to bring my brother here for his haircut. Honestly, I feel there was a major lack of communication between him and the hair stylist. He parted it the wrong way and cut it too short. My brother said the stylist didnt even ask him what part he uses. My brother is unhappy but is still willing to try one more time. Im kinda sad it didn't work out for him this time. It wasn't all bad though, the service is very polite and welcoming. But so far it seems like a no for men's haircut. Also minus 1 point because they pressure you into giving tip. It doesnt bother me to tip, and if the service is really good i love to tip, but i shouldn't feel like it is necessary."

"I visited the nail salon inside Muze Salon today with a friend, and we were both disappointed by our experiences. All of their regular nail polishes seemed pretty old (the pigments in the bottles were cracked). The top coat they used was also old--it was thick and stringy. My nail tech tried to find a replacement top coat, but she ended up using a base coat to finish my nails. My biggest complaint is how my nail polish looks now; it was applied excessively thickly on some fingers and a little carelessly as well, making the polish on some fingers bunch up even after being told my nails were dry. Some polish also got on my cuticles, which were pushed back but not clipped off. Finally, my left thumb is uneven and is bubblier than I ever realized was possible for nail polish. It really is a shame because the nails without any issues look quite nice, but the nails that are messed up are so bad that they ruin the entire polish job. I attached pictures below. Additionally, my friend experienced issues during her gel extension removal. After removing most (but not all) of the extensions, the nail tech said that you need to pay extra for a manicure (regardless of whether you're getting color or not) for complete removal and aftercare. Keep in mind that her nails were white from acetone, and parts of her nails were unevenly clipped and hanging. Her nail tech also got distracted from talking to other employees and filed too much of her natural nail, so much so that it her nails are soft and hurt when pushed. Moreover, the service quality varied significantly among different nail technicians. While my cuticles were left untouched, my friend's were clipped. Similarly, I received a thorough hand massage that she did not. I understand that different nail techs may have different approaches, but certain basic aspects like cuticle care should be standardized."

"This is my first time at Muze, but I’ve been going to my hairstylist Kevin for many many years now! I highly recommend Kevin for both men’s and women’s hair styling. He will provide you with the best suggestions. On top of that he’s extremely knowledgeable about all hair style, and products. He will only recommend healthy products for your hair and will even show you how to take care of it. Today, my partner also dyed her hair. With Kevin and Angela’s service she was able to get the hair color she wants! Overall, amazing salon with even more amazing employees! Highly recommend!"

"Amazing job done by Kevin and Kris!! I didn’t think it was possible to feel NO BURNING at all when bleaching my full head but even with two rounds of bleach, I felt no pain. After a private consultation with Kevin and an extensive hair coloring process, I went from a red-brown to this beautiful midnight purple color. The Muze Salon staff are extremely accommodating and checked up on me frequently during my appointment. The entire process, including the multiple hair washes and styling, took around 5 hours and it was clear that Kevin wasn’t rushing it because my hair was sectioned off precisely in extremely thin layers to be bleached and colored.
