"Last Friday, I went in with long straight hair and requested a wash and cut. After washing my hair, they asked what I would like and I asked for long layers with long face framing pieces. They seemed confident and started cutting my hair. Then they took a blow dryer and brush straight to my hair multiple times without applying any heat protectant. You can smell the burnt hair. My ends were fried. It wasn’t until she unclipped my front hairs that I noticed how uneven and choppy they were. The hair went from short to long to short and it was honestly upsetting. At this time I didn’t even see the back of my head. I was tearing up as I asked for her to fix the front without making it much shorter. She then explained how it’s curtain bangs. I never asked for curtain bangs. I could tell how choppy the hair was but it wasn’t as obvious because it was curled. I paid $65 with tip and I still regret it to this day. My hair is now very obviously choppy and I have lost all confidence in it. It’s hard to style the ‘curtain bangs’ and the ‘layers’ which are completely not blended in at all. Please don’t go here for a haircut"
