"Resie is VERY unprofessional. Requested medium knotless box braids and got large sloppy box braids. Furthermore made an appointment and she had walk in clients serviced before me. While she was doing my hair she also had her sister and another worker finish off braids she started so she can attend to other clients hair she was doing at the same time as mine. This is tacky especially because not everyone braids the same .. maybe that contributes to why my braids was sloppy and ugly .. seems like she only treats her ig famous clients with care"
