"They RUINED MY HAIR. The girl cut my hair shorter than what I asked for and she left it uneven. When I asked for a refund, they said no, even though they saw that my hair is uneven. They told me that they were going to fix it by cutting more but I didn't want it shorter than it is and that I only wanted my money back and when I said that, the man who is upfront started yelling at me. Terrible service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!"

"rude customer service..went to get a haircut and a lady sitting on the hair washing chair keep pointing to a lady who was having coffee and gossiping with her friends. Then when I did not understand what she was trying to say or what she meant by pointing at me, they started to laugh at me. Then the lady who was having coffee turned at me and asked what i want. I said i wanted to trim my hair. Then she rudely told me if i want a haircut i should sit and wash my hair and started to laugh among each other while talking Spanish. I understand Spanish is the main language of the stuffs and i have no problem with that. But they literally laughed at me when i did not understand their sign language."

He will leave you hair beautiful and healthy, and that’s the most important thing for a women I feel. I have full trust in him when I go to him to have my hair done. Something that wasn’t a luxury before I met him."
