"HORRIFYING !!!!! I had a terrible experience with a Brazilian wax. The aesthetician waxed the same spots multiple times, causing intense pain. Despite my pleas to stop and give more time, she persisted. She did not care that I was crying, and being in such a vulnerable position made it difficult for me to to get out . I could not bear the pain anymore and the tears were just running and I didn’t care anymore I left mid wax. She left my private area extremely irritated with patches.This had nothing to do with my pain tolerance; I've been to other places with the same amount of hair and never experienced that much pain. I believe her technique is extremely unprofessional and uneducated. Moreover, this was all done with hot honey wax, so going over the same area more than once is not right. No compassion or care for their customers. I don't recommend this place at all."
