Reviews
"Like majority of the reviews, my dentist, Namty Lee, was rude. Con 1. Had to wait for a month for a specific dentist. 2. I felt pain during the cleaning, but the dentist got annoyed at me by giving an attitude each time my jaw was tensing up as a reflex (the last time I went was probably 3 years ago so my body wasn’t used to the equipment touching my teeth) 3. My dentist was rude and aggressive with her tone and wording. I’m not exaggerating. 4. There was only one person in the front desk. The lady told me she’s too busy to help me and I had to make my second appointment by calling back. This is understandable since there was a lot of people. They should get two people in front desk since a lot of locals come. Pro 1. Close to home 2. Takes my insurance. I wrote this review months ago. But because I updated my review, it shows that I posted this review when I reposted my updated review. I wrote this review before the reviewer who wrote about my dentist, Namty Lee, mentioned how kind she was and wasn’t sure who the other reviewers are referring to (one being me since I wrote my original review before his). Before COVID, she was very nice but this visit I’m not sure what changed. I would like to believe that Namty saw my review and had a change in attitude after how I indirectly reviewed her without using her name which I’m glad to hear. So thank you to the guy for writing that review!"
"Not sure which dentists other reviews are referring to. But the Dentist I have been visiting, Namty Lee has been great. Good communication and discussing the issues I may have. I haven't experienced her being rude to me for the 6 or so visits I've had with her. The bad: This office overbooks. Expect to be seen by the dentist 2 hours after you arrive for your appointment. Getting in touch with the receptionist over the phone? Suggest you come in person. They could use another receptionist at the desk. Bad logistics at this office."
"The worst dental place ever, if I can give 0 stars, I would. Don’t come here if you have ANY other options. The receptionists are so rude and are doing everything to get off the line with you, with no care or remorse for any questions that you may have. Be prepared to schedule your appointment one month out because they have no availability otherwise. If you ask questions, you will be met with attitude. The bedside manner is also not great. If you’re in discomfort or pain, they don’t even check or ask to see if you’re ok during the procedure."
"For those that are new, these reviews aren't fake when they say this place deserved less than a 1 star. I've went to this dental area for multiple times I'll explain why: 1. You need to schedule a appointment, which is 2months away from the time. (Funniest part was they told me they can't fix it after waiting all that time). 2. The receptionist answering the calls is the worst I've have ever dealt with. If only I could record the calls to show to others. But basically the lady asks what do you want, with the rudest possible know to mankind tone. I would reply back nicely and quickly guessing maybe she's busy or something, but no that's not the case(I've been there multiple times and its quite empty clinic), after asking for a appointment, she says, "this day is good right, if it is then were done here". So she just straight up hangs up on me. But maybe this is only because I was asking in English and I could tell her pronunciation definitely needed improvement. 3. This is by far one of the most selfish clinic. I may be wrong on this, but I have a big feeling that if they don't feel the dental treatments being worth the money they get from the insurances they won't deal with you anymore, and tell you that they can't fix your teeth. But in conclusion, this has the worst customer service of anything I've ever experienced before. I don't know how they even keep those employees that do that, maybe it's more of a family/friend hired. After reading a few more other reviews I'm guessing it's definitely a family/friend employed because the reviews saying there's a trash receptionist were there for many years ago."
"Why is it always the places that are supposed to serve people the worst at dealing with them? Terrible wait time; expect to wait over a month for terrible treatment. The workers are absurdly negligent and inattentive. During my visit, the dentist engaged in casual conversation with her assistant while whitening, a procedure that requires precision and diligence. The dentists will judge you hard and make you feel bad. The one I had really took the extra step, saying over and over that I had a lot of cavities, even walking me one by one through each of them and commenting on their sizes. I had several questions I wanted to ask because I wanted to improve myself and make sure I was doing everything possible to protect my teeth. I could only ask one before the dentist rushed out of the room. Though I will admit, the one question I got to ask, I got an answer to, right after she told me I had a lot of cavities one last time, just for good measure. Unlike what the socially inept and the unfriendly think, this kind of negative reinforcement does not scare clients into taking better care of themselves. In fact, it makes them want to completely give up because they feel they have no shot at redemption and makes them never want to revisit the dentist because of how they were treated, making things WORSE. By the way, all of the other reviews are true about the receptionist. An older woman with the temper and patience of a bratty 12-year-old girl. Ask her to clarify something once and she'll complain and moan like it's your tenth time asking. I wonder what purpose this business has in staying open. They certainly do not care about helping their customers; they don't seem to care about money either. Do they really expect repeat customers with how they treat people? Do yourself a favor and find a dental provider that has employees that were taught basic manners and simple people's skills."
