"They took half my eyebrow off. I have been going to this place for approximately 15 years. They weren’t even really apologetic. I was so upset that I began to tear. They were once good at what they do but they have a lot of new people that do not know what they are doing. I asked that the owner call me, but I never received a call. This place will butcher you. There is a way to handle such an incident as this with tact, but apparently they are lacking in more than professionalism. Beware!!!!"

"I wish I could give zero stars. Unfortunately there’s no option. I’ve been coming here for a little while now and I like to keep my eyebrows natural. It took me a really long time to get them that way after being a 90s girl with very thin eyebrows I walked in the other day, and as usual, I explained how to get my eyebrows done, like always I was very clear the woman literally took off from one side of my face a third of my eyebrow after I explained to her so so diligently, how I like my eyebrows to be done Never again if they hire someone so unprofessional, they clearly don’t care I’ve been in tears and last couple days I’m just so sad. It really took me so long to get my eyebrows the way I wanted them. It’s gonna be months before I can be outdoors without sunglasses on that’s how bad it is"

"You know, I think I’m pretty clear I’ve been actually going to this place for a while and they were really good I walked in today once again, explaining what I want to have done just cleaning around my eyebrows that’s it. It’s not very complicated. She literally took off half my eyebrow it took me so long to grow them out I’m crying right now I can’t even believe it never again. I’m just beyond shocked."

"The woman there on Saturday made me wait after I was there first before two other people. I told her that I will be outside waiting and she still took another person before me and this isn't the first time she did this to me . She is not even that good , she leaves wax all over my ears and doesn't clean them properly . She can't thread an eyebrow to save her life . Always something wrong with what she does . Today I've had enough with her , I waited for parking and just everything took too much there and I told her that I will be outside because she has no Air conditioner in the place at all . I think by what I see she favors who she wants to do first. I will never go there again and I would recommend this place to anyone because they are so many others that are close and better .."
