Reviews
"The first time I called and spoke to a lady named Lisa over the phone. She was very polite, very respectful, very upbeat. She seemed like she had great customer service. I filled out my new patient forms, and I turned them in, just like she told me to and I was calling to make an appointment. It’s been about three weeks so I might not have remembered some of the information that she told me over the phone that day but today when I called I feel like she was very short very rude very argumentative, so I just wanted to leave my personal review on this place being that it’s new to me."
"Dr. Cohen and his staff are the best. Always kind and considerate. Dr. Cohen himself returns calls and will call to check on you after a procedure. Myself and many of my aunts, uncles and cousins all go to Dr. Cohen and there's a reason for that."
"If I could put less than one star i would. My girlfriend went into this place at the correct time she was told to she was very rudely talked to by the secretary asking who she was she told them and the secretary told her shes late and wont be seen today n made unprofessional remarks towards her the dentist was right there n did nothing....he wasnt seeing anyone he wasnt doing anything didnt even correct his secretary on her u proffesionalism this place is terrible and I wouldnt recommend anyone going there just read some of the reviews it explains itsself"
"After searching for years to find a dentist who is accepting new patients and my insurance I was referred to this place, and my experience with Dr Cohen was awful. He was rude to me to the point where I felt humiliated and was about to cry and yet seemingly upset when my teeth weren't in as bad of a condition as he thought, probably because he didn't have anything new he could used to belittle me with, in my opinion. And then he told me I needed a root canal which I absolutely do not, I mean, I do need work done but not a root canal. He also did a shoddy job cleaning my teeth as well as my two sons, I don't know if that was just situational or habitual. Based on my observations in the waiting room, seems that if you are in his age bracket he is nicer to you."
"I was a new patient and had been waiting for years due to lack of insurance for much needed care. I missed my second appointment accidentally and they dropped me. I understand it's an inconvenience when people miss appointments, and this is a business, but mistakes happen, and people need care."
