"I’ve had two appointments so far with this dentist, both have been cancelled and rescheduled. Their main way of contact is through texting and I don’t get a cancellation text message on the second occasion, so I lost a half day at work. Frustrating to say the least. I recommend calling the day before your appointment to make sure the dentist will be there."
