"Worst service I have ever seen. Tried to make an appointment yesterday, called in at around 12.30 PM. Someone at the desk picked up and asked me to come at 1 PM for root touch up. Since I couldn't commute in 30 mins, I asked if I can come up at 1.30 PM. She said yes and then after couple of seconds, she said that she has to check with the stylist for 1.30 PM appointment and would call me back in a minute. She didn't call me back until 1.14 PM. I called her back and she said she spoke to stylist already and didn't give a reason on why she didn't call and inform but she asked me to come at 1.15 PM which is right then when I called. Then she asked me to come at 1.30 PM when I literally told her that the commute is 30 mins for me. She would've called about whether they can do it or not rather than wasting my time for 45 mins and then ask me to run in 1 min and then within 15 mins."

"I went here for a wash, cut and blow dry service and LOVED my results! Staff is super inviting and kind. My stylist was amazing and smiled the entire time while she worked so that was wonderful to see her loving what she does :) 10/10 highly recommend for new clients and I personally will be coming back again!"
