"Double charged my daughter & me. Had to call the CC company to fix the charge. Was disgustingly unhygienic (manicurist actually clipped her own cuticles with the nippers she was using on me during my manicure!) and made four of my fingers bleed by being so aggressive on the cuticles.. HORRIBLE!"
