"Terrible place, my daughter went to get ends cut, she was so disappointed the owner didn't even come her hair. When my daughter finish coming her own her we realize it was no even. The owner didn't take the time or effort to do to such a simple job, which I explain to her as soon as we arrived(in spanish). Never again and do not go if you do not speak spanish she can not speak english."

"I took my 9 year old here. To get her hair washed and conditioned and blow dryer straightened, for her graduation pictures. We waited over 5 hrs and it was only 2 people ahead of us. I wanted to use my own shampoo and conditioner for my daughter's hair. Raquel insisted I use hers. Which left my daughter's hair dry and matted. Raquel then had me to comb out the kinks in my daughter's hair. She rushed through doing my daughter's hair as to get back to her 2 clients that was there before us. Raquel has done my daughter's hair twice prior, when she was located on Smith Street. We paid $45. And, she did an excellent job.. This time we paid $60.00! And, my daughters hair was not straightened as nice as she had done my daughter's hair before.. I could not believe it!! I'm sure we paid more than anyone in that shop that day. I know I was overcharged. Which I will take up with the BBB due to her not having her prices posted.There's definitely a language barrier I don't speak Spanish, and she acts like she doesn't understand or speak English. We will NOT be using Raquel anymore."
