"My favorite hair salon since college years. My started my hair care with those ladies and I started to see results of my long healthy growth. After graduation I move 1hr and half away; I looked for places like Dellas to treat my hair, but nope I found myself didn’t mind going back there for better quality. Since it’s in Brooklyn, some days parking is not guaranteed; then the train is about couple minutes walk."

"Made an appointment for my 75 year old mom and she was made to sit and wait 50 minutes despite arriving on time. It also didn’t seem like anything unusual to the 3 staff members I spoke to on the phone, which if anything sounded pretty surprised that I expected the appointment to be kept."

"I am super pleased with my experience at Dellas earlier today. I called ahead and was told just to walk in. I was taken into a chair in under 5 mins —my hair was done by Yessenia, and even though it was a simple wash, trim, and blow out, I was very impressed with her care, communication, and attention to detail! Will definitely be coming back :)"

"I came here based on the reviews I saw. I have thick curly hair, but it's extremely healthy and manageable. I usually travel an hour and a half to get my hair done in the Bronx but I live in Brooklyn and it's way too cold to travel. I first walked in and was happy I was able to be seen so fast, that should have told me something. I got my hair washed and choose a deep conditioner. I then went to sit under the dryer and saw a Roach. Below is the list of why I will never recommend this place to anyone. 1. My hair wasn't fully cleaned 2. The lady who was doing my hair didn't listen to me about wetting my hair to make it easier to comb 3. The same lady was using a rat tail comb to comb large amounts of my hair which ended up pulling out my hair. I had to stop her and tell her she was pulling out my hair in order for her to use a wide tooth comb. 4. Same lady rolled my hair wrong and when I was finished under the dryer my roots were still wavy. 5. Same lady tried telling me no one had heat protectant spray. I had to stop her again and ask Della for it. I was going to give this place another try but I love my hair way too much. My advice is to make sure people actually know how to treat hair and wash all hair types."
