"How bad is a cleaning suppose to hurt? I’ve been coming here for the past four years and every time I get my teeth cleaned, I am in an immense amount of pain, both during and after the cleaning. (Note: it’s not my oral health, I floss daily and get cleanings every 4 months). Another issue is competency . Last December I had some tooth pain and went in for an exam ($55). I was told it could be nerve damage or a cracked tooth and I needed to see the specialist ($85). Specialist told me it’s a cracked tooth and I can either get a cap or a root canal. I choose cap. I go in to get the cap put on my tooth and the regular dentist tells me I don’t need a cap, just need to replace a filling ($150). Thank God someone caught that mistake! But I never did get my money back for the specialist visit. And more importantly, how are a dentist and a specialist unaware of the difference between a cracked tooth and filling replacement ?"

"I made an appt well over a month away for a root canal. Spoke to receptionist multiple time prior to the appt, but the day of my appt, which was just a consultation, I needed to pay $350 for a cone beam x-ray which isn't covered by insurance. Why tell me the day of and not prior? the offered no other options. I took time from work just to waste more time. This place isn't transparent and money hungry. Now I need to find another endodontist and schedule a new appt."

"This office is just plain awful. They do not care about patient wellness and are only interested in swindling the most money out of their clients. We are putting in a formal complaint with the insurance company. Please stay away!"

"On December 4, 2022 I had a dental emergency and I profoundly regret having gone to this dental office, as I had the worst experience ever. The dentist’s first name that I was assigned to was Eugene, but I can’t recall his last name. I just remember seeing his name on the medication label he prescribed for me. He was actually rushing to finish his shift and no wonder he was extremely rude, unprofessional, unethical, violent and the list goes on. He should not in fact practice dental medicine as he absolutely knows nothing about something called good bedside manners, a very basic concept doctors and other health related professionals should always implement with their patients. Conclusion: I don’t recommend this dental place to anyone at all. I wish I could give a zero stars rating, but one star is the lowest possible rating."

"I went there for my regular cleaning, it was my first and last time. First, when they checked my teeth I was told that I had a bad relationship with flossing, which I was surprised. Then, they proceed to call the periodontist and he was able to see me for a check up, casually the same day. I was told that I needed to get a ladder procedure for my gums, long story short because I would eventually loose my teeth perhaps between 10 to 15 years. And that the Lapnap procedure was the ultimate and that was the only procedure they were doing at the cost of $6,600. I proceeded to get my X-rays a few days later and sent them to a very good friend of mine outside this country, where the X-rays were probably seen. Y the whole dental association and they were in awed, first I didn't needed the procedure and second was the cost. They were very surprised how herein America we are basically scamming people so they can make a buck out of the patients. I am disgusted by my treatment at this office and the funny thing is I had my cleaning 6 months prior at another dentist and he raved about my teeth. NO, I do. Not recommend this practice, if you are going under the procedure you got scammed!!"
