I WENT IN THERE LITERALLY AKING FOR A SPECIFIC HAIR COLOR - I EXPRESSED THE LAST 3 PLACES IVE GONE TOO WAS NOT PLEASANT AND THE AMOUNT OF MONEY i ALREADY SPENT . I TOLD HER WHAT I WANTED AND ASKED FOR HONESTY UP FRONT. SHE DECIDED TO DO A COLOR "SHE" THOUGHT ID LIKE - AND WHEN I TOLD HER I DIDNT LIKE IT - TO DO THE COLOR I WANTED - SHE DECIDED TO SAY SHE WILL CHARGE ME MORE - ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!!! FIRST OF ALL DONT DO ANYTHING WITHOUT ASKING FIRST SECONDLY HOW IS THAT MY FAULT ? YOU NEED TO FIX WHAT YOU MESSED UP AT NO CHARGE! I WOULD NOT GO HERE ! SHE CAN DO THAT TO YOU TOO EVEN AFTER I EXPRESSIVELY TOLD HER TO PLEASE TELL ME IF THIS CAN BE DONE AND TO NOT DO OTHERWISE ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY IN THIS PLACE"
