"I needed to find another salon after my last visit. I was told by the colorist that the product being used which was organic was not stable and that's the reason he couldn't get the color I wanted. I was also having an allergic reaction to this product. I had initially gone in for a patch test. There were 3 product lines tried on my arm. I told them which I didn't have a reaction to and at my last visit was told that was the product they were using on me. The product that was used on me was the one I had the reaction to during the original patch test. The product I didn't have a reaction to was no longer carried there or wasn't there from the beginning. I was paying a pretty penny to have the wrong color constantly put on my hair and I talked about the reaction I was having. Consider this very poor service. I had also left a message regarding my reaction when it happened and Greg said he never got it because the owner won't hire a receptionist and no pass along messages left on the machine. The shampoo person consistently left enough product in my hair which didn't help my reaction to stain my linens at home every time I went there. I had to stop going after 3 visits. That was more than enough time for a place to get it right."
