"Drs.are awesome there but never call as no one will ever answer the phone and you will notice once your in the waiting room the phone is constantly ringing but the girls behind the counter act as if there busy and will simply refuse to answer any calls"

"The Dentist Dr. Mark is GREAT! He’s good at what he does. It’s the nurses/Dr.’s that have to set the IV up who don’t know what they’re doing. I was stuck 11 times trying to find a vein. I literally told the Dr. where my IV’s usually go but she wanted to do her own thing. 1 out of the 11 times I was stuck was an accident because she got distracted, her head was slightly turned and she poked me with the needle. I was bleeding after the poke and she said “Oops that one was an accident”. I signaled to another Dr and asked him for help but he said “she’s ok she knows what she’s doing”. I’m very thankful my procedure went smoothly but I was terrified the whole time."

"First off I want to say that this place is very unorganized! I called on a friday because I was in pain do to my wisdom tooth and needed an extraction done. The receptionist told me no appointment needed and to be there by 8:30 am, First come first serve. When I got there Monday morning at exactly 8:30, there were like 15 people already there ahead of me waiting online out in the hallway not to mention the people waiting inside that had appointments. Then the receptionist got the nerve to tell me that I have to wait an hour to be seen because they were booked! Most likely would have been waiting longer then 1 hour because there was 15 people ahead of me. I turned around and walked right out. Got home and made an appointment at another dentistry and got a very hood appointment for 9 am the next day. My advice, don't come to this dentistry unless you have time to waste and want to stand around all day long."

"I’ve came here since I was a baby and although the people are pleasant, the service here is just horrible. Everytime I try to make an appointment they make me call the next week to schedule and appointment because they don’t have their schedule yet and I would go months without getting an appointment. The waiting is brutal sometimes, there isn’t even space for people to sit most of the time so I have to stand in the hallway. Again I do not want to bad mouth this dentistry but it’s just too unorganized."

"First off we get there I sign in. Cool now when I called I asked specifically if the give general anesthesia they said yes. Come to find out appointments need to be made. They don't read your chart. They almost gave me prescription for Motrin,,,, allergic. AS I WROTE IN MY CHART. Then they rushed me to make a decision because they wanna go home.. I won't be going back AT ALL. DR. Mark, you need to leave that spot"
