Sitwell Dental

"I have a HUGE PROBLEM with Sitwell dental and dr. Chang at the Malta office in NY. On December 29th 2023 they called me and cancelled my appointment about 2 hours before I arrived. I guess Dr. Chang got Covid. Now, it’s my understanding that they require a 24 hour notice ahead of time if I am to cancel an appointment OR they charge me $50 bucks!!!! What I want to know is… where is my $50??? She didn’t give me 24 hours notice before she cancelled. Unfair."

"First time at Sitwell Malta and had a great experience. (With one small suggestion). My hygienist Sheila was great at putting me at ease; very welcoming and gentle since my teeth are super sensitive. All areas were clean and equipment appeared state of the art. Dr Cami was so nice and thorough. Answering all my questions about future care. I would highly recommend. Just one small pet peeve…. I arrived 20 minutes early for a 9 am appt and wasn’t asked to fill out new patient forms until 9 - the receptionist had forgotten! Not a deal breaker but a little annoying. Other than that, everyone from check in to check out was courteous and helpful"

"I have always been afraid of the dentist. I found Sitwell when they opened. The staff is amazing! State of the art care. I went yesterday to have some teeth prepped for crowns they knew I was nervous but made me so comfortable from the time I walked in to the time I left. Dr John is amazing I will never let another dentist touch me… thank you Dr John and Staff I look forward to seeing you all soon!"

"Great work. No waiting Have had a lot of work done. Avoid discomfort at all costs. Sheila and the Dentists are top notch. Highly recommend. One girl wish i had her name went out of her way to get a hold of my insurance company to save me money. I didn’t even know the benefits i had. Highly recommend."

"Heather was extremely helpful in setting up my appointment and making sure everything went smoothly on my first visit. Sheila was a great hygienist, very personable and gentle while cleaning! Overall, it was a great first experience! I would recommend Sitwell to anyone! Also as I in the waiting room, another patient arrived with an appointment at the Clifton Park office, they were extremely accommodating and got her in to the Malta office promptly! Very professional!"
