"This place is great! Never disappoints."

"I ordered a breakfast sandwich the lady was rude when she answered the phone. I went in and said I’m here for my order she sighed and got it out of the warmer up front(I didn’t know a order would be in there) I asked if it’s the ham and bacon to make sure, she rudely said YUP. Then she says “well that’s what you ordered ofc it’s going to be on there” as if places don’t make mistakes and it was a huge deal I asked. So miserable. I then called to see if there was an owner I could talk to and she said I am the owner I have a migraine it’s slow today..? So that means you are rude and miserable to someone for no reason. If you are so miserable somewhere you run then don’t do it..! She clearly is a mean miserable woman but certainly doesn’t hide it well. I would’ve recommended there and given them service often if her demeanor was 100% the opposite. Again clearly you are a miserable person migraine or not customer service makes such a difference even if she kept the rude comments to herself and put on a fake smile(like most of the world does when in customer service, I know we all have bad days we’ve all been there I would never say otherwise) most people keep it to themselves I was shocked someone so rude owns a business. Sad."
