"Came in for a cleaning, had to ask for a doctor to do a regular check up and was told that everything seemed to be fine. Two weeks later came back for a second part of the cleaning and at the end of the cleaning was told that a “new filling” needs to be placed. When came back to get a “new filling”, was told that it’s not a new a “new filling” but one of the older ones needs to be replaced. Mind you, I had no issues such as pain, sensitivity, etc and was very surprised that one of the old fillings has to be replaced. Filling was replaced and now I started experiencing pain along with sensitivity to cold/hot, etc. It’s been a complete disaster. I honestly don’t even know who did the procedure (replacing a filling) since the doctor is sitting at the front desk and answers phone calls instead of attending the patients. I’m not sure who are the two females who did the procedures but if I had to guess they are dental assistants."
