"Kaitlyn did my daughter's hair for prom - came out amazing! We gave her some ideas, showed her pictures of dress and she came out with an amazing hairstyle that complimented the dress and the look my daughter desired. She asked us as we went along how it was going - simply loved it - would recommend. Oh and p.s. end of night - hair still looked amazing!"

"i wish i could give 0 stars, my good good friend went here and SPECIFICALLY asked for: a trendy cut, long in the front, no layers to counteract volume, and showed her a photo of Paige O'Brien (Josh Pecks Wife) instead she got: an uneven haircut with what appears to maybe be layers and uneven side bangs and 4 MORE inches than she asked to be cut off. she left because she did not want to cause a scene after, but called the following day to speak with a manager to express her dissatisfaction with the cut she was given, and was spoken down to like some sort of child. totally unprofessional, NOT resolution oriented, did not offer to fix it, rather, got defensive of the hair dresser."
