"I see it’s been a while anyone has rated so I will give my honest rating. I would have given a 1 star but I will keep it honest in that it isn’t all Romeo’s fault. I had been going here for a very very long time, Dr. C was my DDS and she was amazing. Unfortunately due to Covid and personal reasons, she left. I was left with a dentist named Michael Baldi who due to his malpractice left me with a severe tooth infection while trying to replace a cap that was perfectly fine. Dr. Romeo attempted to fix his mistakes numerous times but ultimately failed and I required an emergency extraction and surgery. In addition, while attempting to replace my cap, Dr. Baldi broke the tooth behind it leading to another infection. Now I need more work done to fix their mistakes and Dr. Romeo had put in the authorizations for such work to be completed and I had kindly requested a lower out of pocket cost due to this incident. Since my kind and honest request, Romeo has ignored my calls and does not return messages. Someone had made a review of him being arrogant and it clearly shows. Up until now I was comfortable and pleased with his work. After this, I can clearly see his unprofessional arrogant side."

"Dr. Stephen Genna DDS is absolutely the best! Top Invisalign specialist. Extremely nurturing as long as you like the Yankees and politics. This man should run for a town official with his vast knowledge of just about everything. I just wish the office staff was more welcoming and did not overbook Dr. Genna as he is so much more relaxed and makes my dental experience a breeze with his witty humor and smile. Excellent dentist and he even does Botox and fillers this man is a dream come true."

"This rating is for Dr Genna. He is a dismissive and arrogant man. He clearly does what is most convienent for himself. Dr Genna did not even care I was in pain, shoved my chart in my hnds and said “call me in a week.” My time is NOT disposable! No thank you, Dr No good Genna! I have made multiple complaints and hope I am heard so he doesnt do this to anyone else!"
