"I have just become a patient of this wonderful practice. Right from the start, I was treated with professionalism. The front desk staff was very accommodating and was able to get me an appointment in a timely fashion. I was also pleasantly surprised when I went for my appointment that I was greeted warmly and practically had no wait to be seen at all. The assistants were knowledgeable and gentle while taking X-rays. Dr. Ritter was kind, understanding and truly listened-he made me feel as if I was his only patient and I know that I wasn’t! I would highly recommend this dental office to all my family and friends."

"Called to set up appt for my son with Dr.Ritter, and suggested we speak before the appt due to complex medical history. The receptionist said “we don’t do that” and I can wait to meet in person on day of appt. I went on to explain that we need to premedicate prior to any work being done, so I need to know if the first appt will involve a cleaning etc. I was told again I need to wait to ask the dr in person. Needless to say I went on to find that any other dr I contacted is more than happy to pre discuss any history and align on what the actual appointment will entail. Rude and ridiculous way this was handled here."
