"Appointment was for 12:00 pm. Anita called me @ 11:50 am informing me there was a delay and my wait time would be a little longer. The wait was about an 1 hour. Anita was welcoming, friendly, and kept me updated. Overall excellent service and customer service."

"I went to Mavis for an inspection but beware I would never take my car there again for any service. I dealt with Gary who is the manager and the other “state inspector “. They took my car on the lift and then proceeded to tell me that he can’t pass my inspection bc I need new tires in the rear… he takes me back there with his fake tread gauge and shows me the red even though I had enough tread on them… I also knew they were lying bc I had previously taken my car to Tesla for another matter 2 weeks ago and they told me my tire treads were low but still had 6 months left on them… I told him to take my car of the lift and I noticed they ripped the old inspection sticker off already and still charged me for the inspection….i took my car to Pepboys who passed my car with no questions asked… when I told them the story, the state inspector from Pepboys told me that Mavis is committing a major violation and I should report them to DMV or OPUS( the company that provides state inspection equipment). Pepboy’s state inspector also told me that there was no reason to fail my inspection bc the tire treads were more than enough to pass the inspection but did say it was running low and also stated that I should change them in the next 4 months."
