He keeps blaming the delay on lack of parts but happily already took the money from their insurance company so we can’t take it to another auto body shop. They’ve been paying their lease while he’s holding their car and he has the audacity to ask for A STORAGE FEE. The way their operating this business is absolutely absurd and he’s been making false promises and giving us the run around for months."
