"THIS DOCTOR DOES NOT ACCOMMODATE WORKING PARENTS OR PEOPLE WITH MEDICAID INSURANCE, I'm not sure which one is it but I've been trying for I'm not even sure how long to make an appointment with these people and like some other reviews previously mentioned, they'll pretend not to hear you or will pick up and when you say hello they won't answer and disconnect the call, then you'll call back 5 more times and they have the phone open so it sounds busy I'm assuming, and maybe after the 10th tried you'll get someone that won't even try to accommodate your needs as a patient, last year called a couple of times to schedule a cleaning and was told they only do that in the mornings and I've just gotten a new job so couldn't schedule, been calling them for almost 2 months to schedule my daughter for a cleaning because she's going away for college, and they say they don't have anything until September like , no surprise there, tried to tell them my daughter has a cavity and need this taken care before she leaves in August and they still told me the only appointment they have it's for August 24th so basically September, and it's at 1:30 because they never have any evening hours available, I asked if my daughter can go by herself then since she's 17 and they said no, that I have to go with her, I already asked for permission at my job to move my daughter to college and cannot request any more days at the moment but this dentist won't accommodate working parents at all, or maybe it's because I have healthfirst and the insurance is from medicaid and they get pay less I do not know, I just know that this is the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor, just really bad service all around, so if you have Medicaid or are a working parent look elsewhere, this is not the place for you."

"I’ve been going to Dr. Sam Lee at Westbury Family Dental for years and couldn’t be happier. He and his entire staff are welcoming and couldn’t do more to help their patients. It’s unusual for a front desk staff to be as friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating as Dr. Lee’s is … from making appointments, returning calls, answering questions, or even helping with insurance problems. They’re unusually good. So is Dr. Lee. He cares about his patients. There’s no hurrying on to the next patient. He takes the time to get to know you, understand your needs and then explore options with you. I’ve had him perform complicated procedures including root canal, extraction, implantation, and crown replacement as well as routine dental care. He always greets you like a welcome guest, and takes the time to make you feel informed and comfortable before he begins work. He takes his time and works meticulously, explaining what he’s doing and why, never rushing to go on to the next patient. You can tell he sincerely wants to make everything perfect for you (unfortunately that’s not always the case nowadays) and does so painlessly and at a very fair price. He’s a pleasure. If looking for a new dentist, I can’t recommend him highly enough."

"Staff we're very polite and compassionate. Dr. Lee was very professional and kind. I had an evaluation and cleaning. Was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Would definitely recommend."

"Receptionist and X-ray technician very nice. Xray mechanism not entirely covered by plastic and the metal touched my mouth. Considering the cleanliness of the room, that made me uncomfortable. My daughter recommended Dr Lee. Unfortunately I didn't realize I was going to be seen by a different dentist. She did the cleaning as well. It was the shortest cleaning I've ever had and she neglected to do the lower inside of my mouth. 10 minutes max. I didn't say anything. She cemented in an old crown of mine that had come loose. It did not fit properly and hit the upper tooth . To 'Fix' it she started grinding and grinding it to make it fit. I asked her to stop... being concerned she was overdoing it and would compromise the crown itself. The last straw was when I asked her to show me which two teeth she said had a cavity. Since I wasn't sure which tooth she was pointing to on the X-ray I her to show me in my mouth. She responded by rolling her eyes. We'll...that was the last straw for me. I will never go back. I'll be making an appointment for a "real ' cleaning and to fix the crown she cemented in wrong. How this place gets 5 stars I have absolutely no idea"

"Dr. Lee is an incredibly skilled dentist. If you need implants, look no further. He clearly is a master at his craft. He along with Dr. Le did two bone grafts and a sinus lift for my mom prior to doing implants. He is very detail oriented and does not cut any corners. His prices are very reasonable. The office is very clean, and the staff is great. We are very happy with his work, and will be back for all of our dental needs."
