"I went in for a Express Keratin Treatment (95$) & the environment was very inviting. However, As I was about to get my treatment my hairstylist “Linda” decided to tell my hair was very very uneven and that I needed a trim. I said no thank you. She then proceeded to tell me she would only snip the teeniest bit to make it even. I asked how much it would cost and she never answered. My total came out to 147$. I originally went in thinking i would be paying 95$ plus tip. The teeniest bit of cutting cost me 52$. I didn’t even receive a full haircut. If I would have booked a haircut plus the Express Keratin Treatment (same thing) It would have only been 102$. I gave 162$ (15$ tip) because I am a person with a good heart and have always been respectful of tipping. However, I don’t appreciate being deceived for money & it is not kind at all. I will not be coming back here, and I hope this can prevent from other people being tricked into paying way more than they intended."
