"Completely unprofessional. Called to find out if they carried box braid wig. Was going to come in from a long distance. Person who answered phone very lax, said "not a big selection, but we have..." I asked several times, for more specifics, and finally he said 'let me look'...he comes back on phone to tell me "oh sorry we have none". I was seriously annoyed. This coupled with the fact that the last wig I bought from them was of very inferior quality, the braids fell out and the lace they cut out was sharp and made it uncomfortable to wear in the front: (you may not return wigs as per store policy so my money was completely a waste) makes me know that I will have to find a new place to purchase my essential beauty supplies unfortunately."

"This is the only hair supply store that I go to anymore because they always have what I want. It's always clean on the inside and the staff is polite, patient, and ready to assist you. If you are paying with a card, it needs to be at least over 5 dollars. Overall I have always had a good experiences in this store and recommend this hair supply store over the other hair stores on main street."

"Love their selection of extensions. I got two in the past and it was 40 per pack. Now I’m shopping for a wig and I saw it last night. Hopefully it will still be there on Nov 3rd. My husband picked it out. He says it screams Attitude and is bold. I also found a blond one that I love! It’s a shoulder length bob parted to the left side. It was the only one, in that style. I guess that’s really popular. It was such a good price. Like $54.99. Somewhere else it would be like $80. I love their selection and prices. The young lady that helped us was very nice. Everyone is nice. It’s the positive energy and overall vibe I always get in the store."
