"I first came to this office in may 2023 & once again in july 2023. They billed my insurance amalgam fillings and also osseous surgery. I went to another office last week for my check up and found out that I had literally no fillings done in my mouth or osseous surgery. I never had my gums cut open nor do I have periodontal disease. When I had my new dental office contact the biller (VERONICA) to discuss that the X-rays show no fillings in my mouth & that not osseous surgery was done, Veronica came out very rude and simply just said “Well that’s what the notes say”. Another lady at the office even told Veronica, while we were on the phone, that the X-rays do not show any fillings whatsoever & she even gave that lady an attitude. I personally went to their office just now gave them the X-rays/paper work and was told to just come back another time with no meaningful explanation. I have contacted the insurance and will go forward with a lawyer and will also contact HIPPA because this is INSURANCE FRAUD. AVOID THIS OFFICE AS THEY WILL SCAM YOU THEN GIVE YOU ATTITUDE WHEN U CATCH THEM. I’ve attached my X-rays that show no fillings, as well as what charged me for. Don’t come here."

"I loved Dr. Gordon! He had a very friendly manner. I dread going to the dentist, but he made me feel at ease right from the start. He explained his proposed treatment plan very clearly. I wasn’t nervous at all!!!"

"One of the most unprofessional dentist my husband and I ever experienced, and for the amount of money spent on the tooth work, it didn’t even last. He (dr Gordon) was rude to the patients that didn’t have good insurance and skipped patient forward if they were paying out of pocket. I’d go as for to say if his work was good we could ignore the lewd conversations and clear HR violations amongst him to his staff, (whom were very nice and respectful). But in no setting should patients or staff be subjected to an environment like this. Do better."
