Totally got my appointment date mixed . I Dodged a bullet and will be using a more professional dental service . This place is GHETTO. Stay away if you are a decent person"

"Hate to write this review, Dr. Lam is great and did excellent work on me . Very gentle and professional , however the billing department for this office is terrible . Had my final appointment yesterday to finish up my bridge which went well only to get a call today that I am responsible for $800 because I was at a cap with my insurance !?!? ARLENE let me know she didn't realize I was at my cap so that's why she or anyone else in the office did not advise me prior to getting any more work done. That is terrible service , sadly I will not return nor refer anyone else . Contacting my insurance company as well to file a complaint."

"I went to have a cap put over an implant I did with a periodontist . Dr Lam is very professional, very friendly, patient and thorough. He made me feel calm and was attentive to how I was feeling. The office is exceptionally clean, quiet. Only thing is that they are not open Saturdays ( which I understand)."
