"I love this dentist and the reps. I bring my daughter here and she also loves it. They are never to rough with her and treat her with care. I was very insecure when it came to my teeth and they did an amazing job when it came to fixing them. Other dentists told me they couldn’t do much. They are so great here i recommend my mom to come as well. The place is always clean especially the bathrooms. Love how they call to give you a heads up about an upcoming appointment. Always have a great show on in the waiting room. I live on the other side of the bronx and still wouldn’t go nowhere else. Thank you guys for everything you do. You are appreciated ❤️"

"I am very disappointed with this dentist. He is very rude and mad for no reason. You can not even ask a question because it will bother him and start yelling at you. This dentist should have is license taken away. If I could give him a 0 stars I would. He mistreated my grandma and we will never go back there.."

"IF I COULD GIVE PETER GROSS 0 STARS I WOULD!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! THIS MAN SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!! I had a root canal with him, after 36 mins EXACTLY of drilling he stops and says that’s the first part. (I’ve had root canals done before it didn’t take 30 minutes) for the next 4 days I was in excruciating pain. I go in the following Tuesday literally in tears. The dentist opens it back up after 10 minutes of drilling says he “missed a nerve” and closed it back up. Now 5 days later it’s 5 am and I’m sitting in bed crying because I can’t sleep because of this horrible horrible pain. If you care about yourself don’t go to this lazy, rushed dentist who doesn’t care about you. He should retire already. This is ridiculous don’t let this man bear your mouth"

"I came with my dad for his appointment and the front desk girl was nice and made my dad n I feel comfortable. The doctor hisself was mean and having a attitude. Peter’s assistant was rolling her eyes and also had an attitude. They have a good receptionist and that’s all."

"It has been the 3rd time they called me to reschedule my appointment. The last person that called was rather having an attitude because I complained that I had not seen my dentist for almost 3 years because they kept rescheduling my appointments and giving me new dates that are 8-12 months away each time. She hanged up and no one even bothered to follow up with my next appointment date. I'm very disappointed because I read many good reviews about Dr. Gross by the staff and workers are very rude and unprofessional."
