"This Ulta is normally pretty good, well stocked and staff is nice. My last visit made me feel a bit different. I asked two different employees for a highlight recommendation. The first one said she would help me in a minute and then never came back. The second person I asked (I wanted a new highlighter that was more glowy less glittery) she gave me a confused and judgemental look and just said “all highlighters have glitter” and then recommended me fenty beauty diamond bomb. Don’t get me wrong I LOVE this highlighter but it’s literally the exact opposite of what I was asking for. She was quite rude."

"Book your hair appointment with Emelie NOW! Can't say enough nice things about her. She is helping me grow out a bad pixie cut without that awful in-between phase. Lovely service, I even booked a make-up lesson!"

"If I could've rated no stars, I would have. My son and I went into Ulta a few days ago to buy him some new cologne for homecoming and his birthday. When we walked in the door, it was super quiet. Nobody greeted us or asked if we needed any assistance finding anything. Interesting though how the black man lurked in the background, watching us. Everyone who entered after us received resounding greetings. If I needed further confirmation as to why I'll travel into Poughkeepsie to do my shopping, that was it. Lol sad little people in a sad little town."
