"Talented, dedicated, awesome people! I went a little crazy and tried to give myself a gray transition at home, right before I was leaving for an important family event. I called Genesis and she made time to see me, and to fix what I'd done for long enough that I could attend the event, and my hair could recover. Then, when my hair had time to get healthy again, and after a couple deep conditioning treatments at Lemontree, Genesis gave me the best Gray hair transition ever. She customized multiple colors for me, and completely rebuilt my hair. Now my hair is a beautiful silver that looks so natural, I can grow out my real color without having to cut off all my hair. Genesis patiently talked me through all the stages. Her colors are amazing, but it is the fact that she and everyone there are so generous and kind that makes the place so special. Top of the line artists, in a "family style" environment."

"Carbon copy of Riley Jacobsen's story a year ago. She butchered my hair. I asked for 4 inches and she took a lot more than that. I loved my long hair, people loved my long hair, and it was part of my identity. Now I feel lost. I'm so distraught. It'll take a year to get my hair back to where it was. I've lost so much self-confidence from this. I knew this was a cheap place but I read the reviews and only saw 1 bad one so I thought I was safe. Do yourself a huge favor, spend the extra money, it's worth it. If you don't care bout your hair and want a cheap cut, this place will do. If you do care about your hair you should definitely not go here. I wish so much I trusted my gut and went to the more expensive place, I hope you read this and it helps prevent you the pain I am feeling now. The cherry on top was her cigarette breath making my hair smell like cigarette smoke."

"Victoria cut nearly 7 inches of my hair off as a “trim”. Not only did she take more hair than the 3” that was requested, she did a very poor job. It’s very choppy, jagged and looks like the 5 yr old I babysit can do better. You really just hire any body huh? I have always had anxiety about going to get my hair cut for this very reason. Granted, my hair was not the healthiest it could be, but she could have respected my wishes of only cutting 3” off as opposed to whatever she felt was necessary or best. Her judgement is poor and frankly so are her skills. I have pictures of my hair before and after my appointment attached (See for yourselves). I would also like for it to be noted that I could’ve gotten passed the fact she took more than anticipated off if she had not done such a horrible job… Victoria you were sweet but you literally gave me another insecurity."
