"I have been coming here for YEARS…. I missed my appointment for the first time by accident and called after one hour of being late. I completely got the dates mixed up as any human could have done. I tried to rectify the matter even said I would come in later but I was told I would be charged the full 105 dollars without having my service fulfilled. I made it clear ……I could never come back to establishment especially when I kindly and professionally stated my claim. I could see if I was a person who comes late all the time or miss appointments then it would make sense to charge me. Giving this was my first time in almost 8 years this happened to me and I wasn’t met with understanding. I can no longer support this business. Hopefully this review helps anyone else going forward!"

"The young lady does it alll!!!! My hair was very tough and unmanageable. We decided to do a big chop and my Natural hair can be combed through without a fight. By the way, she gives you any style you ask for and make sure your natural hair is being well taken care of. I been going to hee for 3 years and very happy with my outcome every time. Must go too.
