"Dr. Smith had put a cap on a molar of mine that had a bad cavity. After one year the cap fell out and there was a rotten smell from the molar. I brought the cap to Dr. Smith and told him about the smell and insisted it was nothing and put the cap back in place. The next morning I woke up in severe pain, called Dr. Smith and he said that its fine to just rinse with salt water. The following day pain was even worse and an abscess had formed. I went to see Dr. Smith a second time and says now the tooth needed to be removed. I went to an oral surgeon to have the tooth removed and the surgeon informed me that the infection had eaten deep into my jawbone. I was treated with antibiotics from the surgeon. As a 62 year old grown man I have never had such an unfavorable experience with a dentist. “BEWARE OF DR. PHILIP SMITH”"
